The webcam has truly brought people closer to each other. With stuff like Skype or Youtube, communicating to people via a video interface has never been easier, plus there's no price at all! What I'm trying to ask is what would your opinon be on CD with the option of posting your argument through your webcam. How would you implement it? How popular would it be?
I'll save the drama and get to the point.
Pornography: Sexually explicit media that may depict intercourse or other sensual activities. Typically the majority of the stuff that only people over 18 can watch. In some cultures, in fact many cultures, forbid watching pornographic images. However, porn is no small industry. According to Adult Video News - a trade video publication, consumers bought nearly $13 billion worth of adult entertainment in 2006*.
What do you think? Is watching sexually explicit media wrong, or could it be a natural human trait? Is it wrong to go against our own culture and engage in some activities? Discuss, deliberate and debate, but remember that everyone can see what you input, so no mature content please.

We all need healthcare at some point. From the flu to bypass surgery, broken bones to LASIK, there is definitely a point in our lives where we need to consult a professional. Developments in medicine have accelerated greatly in the last 75 years or so. However, today, many regard healthcare as a failing system that needs improvement, especially in the US. What do you think. Is healthcare improving for all of us, or is it ebbing away to failure? Note that you can use examples from anywhere in the world, not necessarily the US.
Social networking on the Internet is an integral part of many peoples lives. Many do this everyday. However, there are those who are underage, yet falsify their age (i.e. a 12 year old girl puts her age as 15). Considering the lack of maturity in lots of youths today, is it right to justify social networking sites as an Internet threat for those underage? Please name the social networking site you are talking about (if there are any specific).
Genetic Engineering has many applications into modern life. It involves taking the genes of one organism and implanting it into another organism. In effect, the characteristics of the genes from organism A can be introduced into organism B. The possibilities of this are unrivaled. For example, there would be huge leaps in medicine and agriculture. However, this also raises concerns. Examples include animal organ farming for people and possible health issues for people in the long term. Should it be continued?
One of the leading areas of stem cell research is the use of embryonic stem cells. Stem cells can be turned into any type of cell. Therefore, many diseases could be cured, such as muscular dystrophy. However, to obtain stem cells from an embryo, the embryo has to killed off (if it is considered alive at all). Many religious groups oppose embryonic stem cell research, advocating that embryos are living things and it is equal to taking a human life. Should the use of embryonic stem cells continue, or should we use other methods to obtain stem cells?
