Anselm posits that we can reduce the supposedly false assertion "God does not exist" into a contradiction, for it is false. You be the judge. I have spent several weeks examining this argument and have come to a verdict independent of stimulation from other critics.
God does not exist
God = Nothing can be Greater Conceived (NGC)
NGC does not exist
So NGC has being only in my understanding and not in reality
If NGC existed in reality too, it would be greater
So NGC is not NGC
So NGC cannot exist only in my understanding
NGC must exist in reality
God exists
God exists and God does not exist
Premise 1 must be false
God exists

I think our population crisis is under-noted... which is sad because it can potentially be the biggest problem the human race has ever encountered... I believe.
The way I see it, the gov. outlaws drugs because they want to protect us from ourselves. Is that too much gov. control?
The only two things that come out of illegalizing drugs are... dishonest drug dealers and rich criminals.
If we were to legalize all drugs... the FDA would monitor them so you would know what you were getting (as opposed to some guy workin the corner who interlaces his drugs with dangerous shit.) And instead of criminals becoming rich, law abiding citizens would become rich and reap the benefits of whatever they wanted to invest that money in.
