I am conducting this research in order to see whether shopping in stores has become so popular, that it might overpower the need to shop in stores. Developments in technology are continuously increasing, as is online shopping. Through this, consumers are able to use websites through which they can see where the best bargains are for their desired product. They are able to shop for any product around the world from their couch at home. But does this convenience of online shopping also overpower the need to go to stores to shop? My statement therefore is
The convenience of online shopping surpasses the need to shop in stores
There are a lot of fairs and markets in which products are demonstrated, through this you can see and sometimes experience the product which is demonstrated, but does this actually work? Are you less uncertain about a product by seeing how it works? My statement is I am easily convinced to buy a product once I have seen how it works.
During the past few years companies and its consumers have experienced a great amount of economic turbulence, by some called the largest recession since the great recession of the 1930’s. With this question I am hoping to find out to what extent the recessionary period has influenced your purchase decisions. Therefore my statement is The economic recession has caused me to be more uncertain about my purchases
