Government is necessary. Without government, we have no laws. Without laws, people can do whatever they want creating chaos. Without government, we have no roads. Without roads, transportation of goods and people would be difficult. Without government, we would not have regulations that keep us safe, such as inspections on food. Without government we would not have military to keep us safe from foreign invasions. Without government, people who have special needs would not get help. Not all government is good government. The best government is one where the people have the power by voting and electing officials so their voices are heard.
