No we should NOT cut Music and Art. Speaking from experience, teens go through a lot of stress, anxiety, and depression. In most cases Music and/or Art are therapeutic for these kids. If anything maybe make the classes optional or shorten them. But you cant just completely cut something out of a kids life, if it might help him/her.

While I, personally, think the government is doing a lot of harm at the current time, I think we need it. I mean... think about it; without a government we would have no way to be protected from other countries and from crime inside our country, we would have no way to trade with other countries, and in the end we would have no structure what so ever. So while we think we could do better on our own, we need it. It just needs some improvements.
