Some country's need kids due to people not wanting to have any and their population is falling due to less birth rates. Countries need to have some ways or policy's is place so they don't fall under their carrying capacity's and become underpopulated. For example, some people who are poor should receive some funding from the government so that they can have kids or run advertising to promote having kids and to say to women that it's ok to have kids cause it helps the country strive and populates the country.
