What minimum ;)

Joecavalry is better because he has more points ;)

I'm trying to figure out the proper social media etiquette ;)

Basically, I just hate people ;)

Killing or fisting ;)

Especially when you consider the cost of drinks, dinner and a movie ;)

It was a different era ;)

I don't think he really dreamt it ;)

There needs to be some incentive for people to be president ;)

A few rotten apples ;)

I wonder if Native Americans thought the same thing when whitey got off the boat ;)

They were never a threat to our democracy ;)

If Covid infected people died before reaching the hospital, then we would have more beds for everyone else and the health workers would not be overworked. Just saying.... ;)

Whenever I'm going to the store I try to help out a handicap person by driving them in their car to the same store ;)

You are my very dear and close friend ;)

I don't know why someone hasn't proposed this yet ;)

You just don't have a sense of humor ;)

You kids with your foldable phones and drones..., why in my day... ;)

Being a border patrol agent must be a boring job. They deserve to have a little fun ;)

What I meant was that abortion is not explicitly called out in the constitution like the right to bear arms.

But fair enough. Let's say a woman has the "constitutional" right to an abortion. OK.

The Supreme Court ruled that a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the new Texas abortion ban after 6 weeks can proceed before the law is enforced against anyone. And this threatens the constitutional right to abortion enshrined in the Roe v. Wade ruling (The court in that ruling said that states could not ban abortions in the first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy, a period that was chosen because of the idea that a fetus typically could not survive outside the womb during that time.).

So..., it seems to me that rights themselves (like the constitution) can be amended. The justices giveth and the justices taketh away. I'm not sure that constitutes a mockery but it sure is entertaining ;)

I am a Sovereign Individual ;)

Abortion is not a constitutional right. The right to bear arms is a constitutional right. Having said that..., 6 weeks is a little tight ;)

It is the Annabelles that I'm afraid of ;)

Blasphemy ;)

I guess I'll have to switch to the other side once abortion becomes illegal in the entire U.S. ;)

Yes. Maybe.... ;)

This debate is meant to clarify but some of you may beg to differ ;)

A peace rally ??? ;)

We are talking about the one, true religion ;)

We are talking about the one, true religion ;)

We are talking about the one, true religion ;)

Maybe the white people he shot identified as black ;)

LoL, I know. They tell me I should be more (inclusive, woke, etc.) and I'm like, why don't you adjust to me? Make allowances for me. It's hard for old people to keep up with the new lingo. Especially when they keep changing the meaning of words. What's the point? A rose by any other name is still a rose ;)

I got me one of these TENS machines. It helped me. Maybe it will help you.

https://www.amazon.com/electrodes-back-pain/s?k=electrodes+for+back+pain

I also use Tiger Balm. They tell me I should stretch more ;)

Yeah, it was more entertaining when Trump was in office ;)

I'm getting old. But I've managed to stay away from CIVID so far. I've also managed to keep from getting cancelled ;)

I want to go back to a simpler time ;)

I ain't got time for that..., I spend my time sleeping ;)

Glad to see you're still here ;)

Are you talking from experience or jealousy ;)

I have noticed. I wonder why that is ;)

This is not the first time the libs have changed the meaning of a word in order to push their agenda ;)

Hello Excon:

Nah ;)

The idea behind unisex bathrooms is to try and deter bullies. However, my experience has been that the way to deter bullies is by standing your ground and, if it comes down to it, fighting back (dirty ;)

Do not waste time trying to explain to a bully that they are not "woke." If you do, you risk waking up somewhere other than your bedroom, wondering how you got there and why your body aches ;)

If you are trying to pass yourself off as a man and people give you that look that says, "Who are you trying to fool?" then be sure to go to the bathroom with lots of friends.

Regardless of which bathroom you decide to use (even if you just decide to pee outside), go with lots of friend. That way, if anyone objects, your friends can help even out the odds.

I have had to deal with bullies in the past. Sometimes I won and sometimes I lost. But I gained confidence in my self and learned a few fighting techniques ;)

If you are trying to pass yourself off as a woman and people give you that look that says, "Who are you trying to fool?" then be sure to go to the bathroom with lots of friends. This is the accepted female behavior when going to the bathroom.

Regardless of which bathroom you decide to use (even if you just decide to pee outside), go with lots of friend. That way, if anyone objects, your friends can help even out the odds.

I do NOT want to have to wait in line when I want to pee ;)

If other women:

1. treat you as one of them, go ahead and use it.

2. treat you wiith suspicion, proceed with caution.

3. do not treat you as one of them, do not use it. If you do decide to use it anyway, a few women may turn into Karens and report you to the manager.

If these tips help at least one person to make an informed choice, then my job here is done ;)

There are only 2 rules that must be followed in order to use the men's room.

1. If you use the urinal and you wipe, do not put the paper in the urinal!!! It will clog the urinal and you will get thrown out.

2. Do not use the urinal right next to an occupied urinal; unless that is the only option.

That's it. If you meet those requirements, go ahead and use the men's room. ;)

Don't despair. It will all work itself out ;)

There are 2 corollaries:

1. Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

2. Have faith in the system.

Also, think about this:

When Trump lost the last election, his comeback (to everyone who mocked him for thinking that he was going to win) was, "They cheated!"

Now, if he runs and wins in 2024, and the Democrats claim that they (the Republicans) cheated, he will reply, "If I wanted my own comeback, I would have wiped it off your mom's face!"

;)

I picked this side because I value entertainment more than worrying about issues that just don't matter ;)

I'm on this side (not because I want you to drop dead tomorrow) but because I don't think you are happy with the direction the country/world is headed. And, if you're not happy, then you're not lucky. The only comfort I can give is the same comfort I give my wife, "It will all be over soon" ;)

I like it when people point to one of my debates and say, And that's how the fight started ;)

Absurdity is underrated ;)

My wife keeps telling, it will all be over soon. I guess I'm elderly ;)

So..., people shouldn't go around tearing down shit! That's anarchy! There are processes for getting things done ;)

I am asking if they sent the statues to museums or if they just destroyed them ;)

Oh..., where they relegated to museums ;)

But there are a lot of people who prefer convenience above all else.

I mean, take the "old countries" for example. They would rather sit outside a café enjoying an expresso (or cappuccino) while eating a baguette. Yeah, the café is probably an old, run down building but..., it's easier to do that than build a new one. Especially when you call it, "history!" Something "Americans don't have because..., how can a country that just a little over 200 years old have ANY history?" Especially when they go around tearing down parts of it ;)

Bring it St. Peter..., you little bitch ;)

There won't be anybody around to get in my way during rush-hour-traffic ;)

You don't have to read the whole book. Just Google "A modest proposal by Jonathan Swift" in order to understand this debate. Alternatively, you can scroll through here to get the gist: https://jaded.createdebate.com/

Or..., you can just notice this clue --> ;)

You sound like an educated person. Have you not read, "A modest proposal" by Jonathan Swift ;)

Has anybody else been thinking about any of this or are we just zig-zagging along with the crowd? I mean, who gets to decide ;)

I'm just trying to get clarification on the new terminology ;)

Vote for your favorite ;)

This little encounter reminds me of the time I took a bunch of old watches with leather bands. I strung them together to make a belt. Anyway, the reason that episode in life reminds of this encounter is because in both instances, it was a waste of time ;)

anyone can be a Jew. It's a very welcoming religion.

It's true. My friends wanted me to convert. I was dubious at first that they would have me since they were the "white" variety of Jews but they assured me, they let Sammy Davis Junior join, so...

Anyways, in the end I didn't join because there was this issue about an operation and then the whole deal fell through. ;)

Oh, so in this context (meaning this debate) I'm not letting trans people "live."

Right? So..., I shouldn't have created this debate? I still don't get it. How is this debate not letting them live? ;)

I don't even know what discussion we are having.

I'm not letting trans people "live?" How exactly am I doing that? I did not know I had so much power ;)

By making fun of them? I make fun of libs. Am I not letting libs "live?"

Also, I categorize what I wrote as making fun of the situation. I'm not making fun of trans people. To be clear, the situation is that non-trans people are not allowed to join in on the conversation unless it is to specifically voice the trans talking points or they risk being canceled. I'm making fun of the fact that I am not allowed to join in on the conversation. I am not allowed to have an opinion. I'm not allowed to question anything. There's no, "let's agree to disagree." If I don't go along 100%, then I'm canceled. I would argue it is they who are not letting me live. ;)

I was thinking more along the lines of people who are on the road when I'm trying to get to work or get home from work. Those other people you mention don't really bother me (when they are not on the road with me).

But those people listed do seem to bother other people and I was just trying to provide a modest proposal. Even though that proposal is unrealistic because the killers would be considered haters and they would get canceled in a heart beat.

A more realistic proposal would be to kill them all and let God sort them out. That's His job. If everyone is doing the killing, then you can't single any one group out and cancel them. This solution has many added bonuses like fixing global warming, COVID, etc. Oh, and yes..., it also fixes the problem that is very close to my heart..., it fixes rush-hour traffic ;)

hmmmm. What exactly have conservatives done to change their view of "live and let live?"

I hope that question doesn't constitute me going all wonky on you ;)

A Platypus swims up to a flock of waddling ducks.

Platypus: Hey guys, mind if I join your little group here?

Duck: Uh..., you're not a duck.

Platypus: What do you mean? I have duck bill, web feet and I lay eggs.

Duck: That doesn't make you a duck.

Platypus: I identify as a duck.

Duck: So?

Platypus: So, you're a Platypusphobe?

Duck: Oh, so now you're a platypus?

Platypus: Well..., everyone changes their affiliation based on convenience. I bet if you were a turkey on Thanksgiving, you would claim to be a duck.

Duck: No one does that.

Turkey: Hey, guys! What's happening?

Duck: What are you doing here?

Turkey: What do you mean? November is right around the corner and I figured I get an early start and join my fellow ducks.

Duck: Yeah, but you're not a duck?

Turkey: What do you mean? I joined the coalition last week.

Duck: What coalition? We don't have a coalition!

Platypus: I started the coalition last week. We have a flag and everything?

Duck: What's this coalition about?

Platypus: It's an alliance of distinct animal factions that wish to participate in the benefits of being a duck.

Duck: What benefits?

Turkey: The benefit of not being eaten on Thanksgiving, for one.

Duck: That's not a..., ducks get eaten too, you know? Have you ever heard of Peking Duck?

Platypus: You know what your problem is? You have duck privilege.

Duck: What?

Chicken: Hey, guys...

Duck: Wait..., don't tell me..., you're a duck too...

Chicken: Damn, right. Costco's been rotisserieing chickens like crazy.

Duck: I take it you joined the coalition...

Chicken: Yeah, just last week. How did you know?

Duck: Just a wild guess.

Chicken: We have an acronym, a flag and everything?

Duck: Acronym?

Chicken: Yeah, PTC. And we add a letter every time a new group joins.

Duck: That doesn't... What does your flag look like?

Platypus: It's a big, black, plus sign on a white field.

Turkey: Yeah, the background is white.

Duck: That's it?

Chicken: Yup.

Duck: No colors? There's a rainbow of colors you could have picked from.

Chicken: They were already taken. Besides, we like our flag and the coalition is great!

Duck: What's so great about it?

Chicken: Well..., our flag is a big plus...

Duck: That's not..., look..., platypus..., you can't be a duck. You don't have any feathers.

Platypus: Scientists and doctors have figured that out. All it takes is a little operation.

Duck: But you don't have any wings!!!

Platypus: Scientists and doctors....

Duck: But you won't be able to fly!

Platypus: So? There are ducks that are not able to fly due to injury or deformity and they are still considered ducks.

Duck: Well..., Yeah, but... genetics...

Platypus: WE ARE DUCKS!!!

Turkey: Yeah! End of discussion.

Chicken: You should be quiet. You don't want to get cancelled, do you?

Duck: What? You can't...

Platypus: Watch us. Come on guys, let's get the flock out of here.

As of this writing, Chicken has won the Duck of the Year Award and ran for office in California ;)

Turkey Lives Matter ;)

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, check it's DNA ;)

You all know that there's someone you would love to shoot. Whether that person is a conservative or a lib, you just want them dead and gone from your life ;)

Why haven't I been canceled after all these years of me having an extreme point of view? Could it be that somewhere deep down inside you people agree with me ;)

The only thing that keeps me going in this upside-down world is the fact that it will all be over soon. As it was pointed out in another post, I'm elderly. I've been outed ;)

People who want other people to bend over backwards in order to accommodate their view of life... shot. Put that person out of their misery. Hell!!! I should be shot for forcing my views on all of you!!! Put me out of my misery ;)

Women who want abortions and who live in a state where abortions are not allowed and who cannot afford to go to another state to get an abortion and who cannot afford to raise a child... shot. Put her out of her misery ;)

This fixes homelessness. Those people are suffering. Put them out of their misery. ;)

We let the states decide and if you live in a state that does not allow abortions and you want an abortion, you travel to a state that allows it and have it done there. If you're too poor to travel to another state, you're probably too poor to pay for an abortion and too poor to afford a child and you should be shot for being a burden to society. ;)

We draw a big line down the middle of the country and put the pro-life people on one half and the other people on the other half and wherever you live, that's your lot unless you manage to get to the other side ;)

Or we can switch every X-number of years. So for X-Years it is legal and for the next X-Years it is not and we just keep on switching back and forth like that ;)

We can kill both parties for creating a situation that divides the rest of us ;)

How about forced celibacy until 2 people agree what is to be done in the event of a pregnancy. If there's no contract between the parties, she has to carry till full term and he has to pay child support and they both due 9 months in jail until the baby is born ;)

joecavalry(40163) Clarified

Better yet, we cut the baby in half and give each parent their half to do with as they wish ;)

So..., who are the hypocrites?

If a woman says, "All I want equality is equality with men. But if I get pregnant and I want the baby I want him to pay child support for 18 years!!! And, if I don't want the baby and he does I don't have to carry the baby for 9 months!!!"

Does the baby not belong to 2 people (i.e., the parents)? Where is the father's choice? Where is the Equality?

I have a modest proposal. She has to carry the baby full term and then give the baby up in order to feed the homeless ;)

I knew it !!! ;)

Not if you do not want to spontaneously combust ;)

Let's see how far this Cancel Culture will get ;)

They claim to be "Woke" but when you consider their plan to make the world a better place you quickly realize that they are dreaming ;)

I find that the less I care about, the happier I am ;)

I probably should have titled this: Has cancel culture met its match? ;)

Are any of you riled up yet ;)
