Speaking into other peoples minds and making them do stupid things

I don't think the death penalty should be legal, I mean you don't teach someone not to kill by killing someone.

Well that is different. That is why I created this debate, this is also why "excessive" or "cruel and unusual" have not been clearly enough defined

"No she wouldn't. Don't be stupid."

Ya, actually she said the enemy she was most proud of was the NRA(National Rifle Association) and that she would start hunting out gun owners the moment she was president so maybe not all arms, but definitely guns.

Well, in my grade,we do math and history on computer, sometimes science and sometimes english. It honestly is better getting to interact on the computer sometimes than sit and listen to hour-long lectures.

I agree with both in jail. But the secret email thing? She believes in abortion. She also would take away the right to bear arms. That doesn't just mean guns. It means knives and pretty much anything that could be used for self defense. And Trump isn't a good president, just the best of many bad choices.

"More people in the world may have Apple phones but it's only because they have Siri."

Samsung has S-Voice. Siri is just much better.

Apple is best. Apple is best. Apple is best. Apple is best. Apple is best. Apple is best.

Excessive fines would be if you spray paint a train and get fined $1,000,000 that is excessive but if you get fined $100 that isn't excessive. If a murderer is fined 1,000,000 that isn't excessive. It pretty much depends on the crime you commit and your history of committing crimes.

If a person does graffiti and gets 5 years in jail, that's cruel. If someone kills someone else and gets the death penalty that's cruel. I don't believe in the death penalty, you don't teach someone to not kill by killing them. If you kill someone and get life without parole, that's not cruel. He murdered someone. Life in jail.

It's self defense if the kidnapper is pointing a gun at your face and you don't have another choice but to die. And a kidnapper would have a gun to (1)Protect himself from police, or (2)Shoot anyone that stands in his way

2 points

Or say there is a rattlesnake and it's about to bite you. No gun, that means you have 2 options:

1.Let it bite you

2.Run(it will still bite you)

But if you have a gun, you have 3 options

1.Let it bite you

2.Run

3.Shoot it

Notice how option 3 is the safest idea?

2 points

Then again, self defense. A kidnapper comes, and has a gun. If you don't have a gun to protect yourself and your kid it's bye bye! And some people make a living off of shooting animals and eating them or selling the meat. And if you shot at the windows when you were a kid, then that is your problem, not the responsible people's problem

2 points

No. I think it violates 4th amendment rights(Unregulated Search and Seizures). Pretty much drug testing without legitimate proof.

1 point

o! So maybe a I'm gung-ho from Texas, but still. A kidnapper is in your house and has a gun but you don't. That means he could shoot you or your kid and you have nothing on him. And some people live off of hunting food, with guns!

I mean, kinda not really. Yes, if you were friends with that person and swimming with that person and he starts drowning and you swim away. No, if you were walking on the beach and see a person drowning and walk away, not really. You are definitely responsible if you were the lifeguard.

Atheism is not a religion. Atheism is choosing not to have a religion. Take Steven Hawking for example, he is an atheist, and he believes in science without religion.
