People of young age will be in danger when in close contact with other criminals. If a 10 year old shared a cell with a 30 year old body builder, and the child annoyed this body builder the child could quite possibly take a hit to the face.

In most cases, just telling the child is in the wrong works. For example keeping them in their room is suitable and works well.

Breast feeding isn't exactly what I want to be seeing when going out. I don't want to see little kids sucking on tits, which is why they should use toilets or a private area.

Maybe there should be some areas delegated for breast feeding as apposed to toilets and in my vision
