I don't have a favorite one, but I waste time at kongregate.com. They're lots of little flash games and you get addicting little achievements for beating them.

Obama was much more at ease and had great timing. He mixed a good variety of self-effacing jokes and some timely political humor in. There weren't as many times when it felt like he was being funny while really being mean. McCain sounded at times like he was trying to use comedy to get in a political attack instead of good natured fun.

McCain was on the offensive this debate, and exposed the American people to flaws in Obama's economic plan. He backed up his points with numbers, and showed that in this downturn, his plan will put money into individual's hands, not the government. He frequently reexamined what Obama said and let the American people what it really meant, and how his vision was the stronger of the two.

Of the two, Obama took the more presidential attitude. He calmly addressed McCain's points, while McCain got irritated and was visibly angry at times. He showed a clear plan and finally had solid numbers to back up his points.

According to the justice system, both rulings should prevail. Any military or civilian punishment judged necessary should be upheld, just as people are tried in both Criminal Trials and Civil trials, and damages can be awarded for both. The OJ case was an example of different damages in different courts. Since the execution is obviously the most severe, it takes precedent.

Bush didn't really make any decision, it was probably just one of a hundred papers put on his desk to sign that day.

I love watching taekwondo and judo. Seeing real people fighting as if they were in a martial arts movie is impressive. To truly compete, the athletes need not only the agility and endurance here, but a combination of all the other characteristics, especially speed, flexibility, and coordination. Where else can you see someone kicked in the face in the Olympics?

Since it's their store, they have the right to limit the options for sale. McDonalds wouldn't sell a raw burger or a coffee milkshake just because someone demands to buy one. If an item is listed on the menu, then it's for sale, otherwise, it's not. That they limit their offerings based on a desire to make better coffee makes the decision to not sell even more correct. The customer's passive-agressive message on his tip (see link) shows that the customer is not always right.

InBev already makes some good European beers: "Stella Artois, Boddingtons, Beck's, Staropramen, Jupiler, Leffe, Labatt, Hoegaarden and Bass." I like Bass the best of the list, but I agree, my beer drinking won't change too much, because I drink more Guiness than any Bud beer.

Third party candidates will be viable when people think they are viable and not wasting their vote. Nader got almost 3% in the 2000 election, but if people really got fed up with the politics as usual, we might see an outsider with good ideas who actually gets a large chunk of the vote. The main problem with voting for the outsider is the 2000 election painted Nader as the spoiler who made the Republicans win, so more people vote strategically than for who they really want to win.

My guess is that the whole "ubiquitous" thing people are trying to get happening will be web3. Cell phone apps and mobile pcs with people interacting with each other and bringing online collaboration to the physical world too.

I have both. The xbox is more high-performance, graphics oriented, but the wii wins because the games it has are more fun to play. There's something very fun about how swinging your arm swings a tennis racket or a sword on the screen.
