Alright, who here is in charge of the blog? I'm pretty sure the townhall is in order, I have people asking about it, so the time will be (a week or two away?) when YOU are available so that we can talk about everything with you. You are overlord, townhall is nothing but a bitchinghall without you.

Wow, the whole "Period" thing brings a strange utility to the site. Using the debates as class things... What do you think about that and how can we keep it from interupting the front page like that?
Ah, I would really like to know who's voting me down everywhere (even on ancient debates)... I know who it is, but just so it's clear to everyone else that the only reason my argument is getting buried is b/c someone out there hates me because I'm me... not because of the arguments.

Are you really having problems favoring in Safari? I use Safari all the time and cannot replicate any problem.

Yeah, there's a little problem, I realized a while ago... I don't have Leopard anymore, I went back to Tiger, so I lost Dashcode. So I downloaded the digg widget and hollowing it out and replacing it with hand written code... TEDIOUS.
Yes, that's exactly what I mean... I threw something together really fast, and this is what I have so far... look @ the dashboard tray thingy because that's pretty much the only place you'll see the actual icon that I asked you for.

I could use a 512x512 or 256x256 CD icon... I mean, I could find one, recreate one, or make my own, but I think it would be best if you had one laying around somewhere...
So, now that it's pretty clear that I should build a widget for CD, is there a way we can talk about this, just you and I, for informations? API, and input would be nice.
How is the Town Hall Chat going to work? IRC, Forum, VOIP, AIM IM? On the Town Hall post there was a date and time but no.... location.
Ha ha, it's alright. I think it's funny though that I was already saying "That's a dumb idea" and then it revealed itself to me in a real situation... I was as unhappy as I imagined.

Any news on the Town Hall?
Hey, I was just thinking... It would be nice to see an IRC dedicated to a CreateDebate town hall meeting, or at least a section under Debates specifically for this. It would be in the best interest to all of us, to be able to share ideas about the site and debate on new features or changes... just an idea.
