Where did the 'challenge debate' button go in peoples profiles?

That requires me to jump to another page. If it's in one tab I would have to go back and refresh to get rid of them. If it's in another tab, just close the tab and refresh the page.

Either way it's tedious when it doesn't have to be, maybe I'm just lazy.

My sister teaches 2nd graders. I'll try my kid's teachers in August.

I'm never actually on my computer, I just use my phone. So when I want to make a debate but need to fill out the debate description, I have to wait until I'm at my computer.

So now that I'm actually at my computer... I can't remember what those debates would have been. And now they will never be.

So please, oh please. Fix the debate description field so that i may fill it out using my phone. Thnx.

Would it be possible to dismiss new activity individually? I believe this would make it easier for people to dismiss up and downvotes without forgetting to reply to other new activity, for efficiency.

No problem, thanks for taking care of it. Also I was wondering if you could do something about nicolaidisd. I'm not sure if they are a troll or not, but nicolaidisd makes so many debates they push all other debates down the list. Additionally nicolaidisd's debates seem to be rather frivolous.

On the subject of whether or not nicolaidisd is a troll their debate "Should i Nicolaidisd... Leave CreateDebate" and the debate description "No you have made so many good debates" lend credence to the theory that nicolaidisd is a troll.

Hey dude. I was playing about with the community spam settings, and wanted to test debate reporting and deleting. In the process I've accidently placed a bad debate into the seriousbusiness group. Is there any way to remove the crosspolination of a debate from a community?

I have reported his debates, but deadman88 is clearly just a troll. I believe he is the same person as jimmy567, whose account you deleted awhile ago, as he has the same user picture and modus operandi.

Also, the star that makes a debate public (outside of a community) doesn't show up for Safari 4 beta, Opera 9, and in Firefox only shows your community... I couldn't select a "global" community, or the main site... Using Leopard, btw.

Is there going to be an easy way to jump from community to community?

The loss of points to the person downvoting did not work because trolls who do not care about how many points they have, like jimmy567, will downvote anyway. It's frustrating that my efficiency is going down not because of the quality of my arguments. I'm sure you and the admin. staff are hard at work coming up with solutions. My only suggestion is that you make downvotes not have an effect on efficiency.

This new member jimmy567 is basically systematically downvoting every one of my new arguments along with a few other people. Every debate he makes is a deliberate attempt at trolling and I'm pretty sure his sole purpose is to cheese people off. It's frustrating that no matter what I say in any of my arguments, the next time he signs on they all get downvoted which lowers my efficiency. I think you should look into this user's behavior and see if he is violating the ToS. Additionally as other people have said, the system of downvoting and efficiency while good in intentions gives no incentive to actual produce well reasoned arguments.

There's a new member that's spamming the conversation sections of people's profiles by asking for e-mails, etc. Goes by "mama4u". Just thought you should know. :) She's messaged a lot of profiles.

I'd say I'd have to pick either science or religion. Although I have pretty strong opinions in both subjects, I understand perfectly the difference between engaging in the debate (sharing and arguing for my opinion) and moderating/administering a debate, so I feel I could handle either well. Is this a direction that CreateDebate is likely to take then?
