A recurring fallacy? Don't make me laugh. You haven't presented a shred of evidence to back up your "argument", you've talked about his creepiness and how the courts failed to catch him, and then you take offense when I point out that all that speculation. Where is your evidence? I don't really care to be honest. But I would have more respect for your argument if you'd said "he was found innocent, but somehow I'm still not convinced that he was entirely innocent". That would make sense.
