1 - I voted up existing arguments, but had nothing new to add.

2 - Your debate is unworthy.

3 - I'm too busy.

T-shirt designs can be about anything, we're just trying to see how debates can be used for idea generation.

I guess I don't consider it a gift because it doesn't take much talent to be outrageous. I mean, I expect some of the new recruits to take me at face value and rant and rave until they realize I'm just yanking their chain. But the veterans here should know me by now. I felt as though your apathetic comment was contagious. I felt like if students saw your post, they would feel like it was ok to have no opinion because the election was going to be over in 12 hours. The election's ending time was irrelevant to the debate. The students still needed to state who they think should have been president. You did not provide any commentary to benefit the discussion. Moments after you posted your comment. I had one of my students post a similar post. I'm trying to deter my students from making post such as yours. I apologize if you were offended. In the future, I will make all of our class discussions closed. This is a shame because we had several createdebate members from outside of our classroom provide very insightful feedback for my students.

Well, I am a little apprehensive about getting on line from work. Some one sent me a video in e-mail and the work computers replaced it with a link that forced me to logging in order to see it. So it appears that they are keeping tabs on e-mail and on-line traffic. And being that my efficiency here is only 50%, I don't think I can talk my way out of it. ;)
