You know leftbehind, some people are just jerks as with those people. They're hostile but most have left the site anyway. It's a great big world we all share in and it's not always about politics.

Oh please...I have just as many Republican friends as I do Democratic. We all agree on some things and not others and respect each others viewpoints. An apology isn't necessary but thanks just the same. I'm still glad to have you as an ally.

I'm sorry. Hopefully your friends will choose to get therapy to start recovering from what's happened to them. Most therapists would say the first step to healing from such incidents, is to talk about it with people they trust. So, it's good they have you to talk to about it. Keep helping them. :-)
