I had to put Webby on because I listened to his whole discography recently and I realized how well balanced he is as a rapper. He can do a little bit of everything to a good extent, and although he is not the best in any particular way he is an all around great rapper like you said. K Rino is the same in the sense of being well balanced but he takes it further than Webby and is also the master of making himself sound intelligent. When he really tries his rhymes are almost Eminem level, his flow is almost tech n9ne level and his subject matter is almost Lowkey level although he raps with a much bigger vocabulary and is better at rapping like some kind of alien overlord than anyone else. Like I told you in PM I am capable of learning from you and appreciating Webby but you just hate K-Rino for sounding too foreboding even though he is just objectively fucking good beyond any reasonable disagreement.
