Of course they could. Any sexual person, no matter who they're attracted to, is capable of having a monogamous life-long relationship if they want one and want to make it work.

You said I perfectly, I only wish to add an analogy to show why I think it's a bit ridiculous to say that a bisexual cannot be monogamous.

It would be like saying if you like multiple types of cars, you have to have one of each car you like. Which isn't true. People can like lots of different cars and still only have one. Some of multiple, just like some people do with relationships. But it's clearly possible for someone who likes multiple cars to be satisfied with one car.

For anyone that doesn't know, "monogamus" means basically having one long term sexual relationship with one person.

Yes I don't see why not, if they really wanted to they could, it's not like their entire brain structure is completely different to hetero/homo/transsexuals, or whatever your orientation is.
