I think it's pretty naive to think that in our immense universe, with billions upon billions of stars that life - even intelligent life - hasn't developed somewhere else. That said, whether such alien life has developed the ability to travel to our solar system and visit earth is another matter. Side: Aliens existence

It's obvious. Humans exist, therefore intelligent life is possible in the universe. Not like evolution and its conditions are limited to Earth. Though it does seem to have been very improbable for us to evolve, and it is pretty improbable for life to evolve to be intelligent even if it does come about somehow. And alien existence can be really confusing in its aspects, regardless of what you'd believe from fiction, are really complex. Every stage of evolution you learn has been extremely improbable around the beginning of life - it could have gone extinct. With the number of planets available, aliens would surely exist, but if they're big, they'll probably be very different from anything here. Side: Aliens existence

I think saying other wise is pure stupidity. There may or may not be aliens in the traditional sense like greys and stuff. But to say that over our infinite universe and billions upon billions of stars which most if not all have their own solar system has no life out there somewhere is just mind boggling. I'm not saying the life formed was necessarily intelligent life, but maybe it is. Basically what I'm saying is that it can't be ruled out completely Side: Aliens existence
There is FAR more evidence on THIS planet that aliens exist than there is that the Christian "god" exists, (OR any other supreme entity)! Either that or, we had a previous civilization pre-dating the accepted "gods" that were much more advanced than WE! MUCH before the imaginary 6000 years! Side: Aliens existence

Calling the things "aliens" is an assumption. If they exist, the only thing you can be sure of is that they are beings. There would be no way of knowing that they are alien to us or to the planet Earth...even if they claim to be from other planets or solar systems, and even if people believe they were taken to those other planets or solar systems by the beings in UFO's. I'm posting on both sides here because the premise of the debate is an assumption....and the only side of this debate which is logical for now is to conclude aliens do not exist as nothing but lifeless planets have been found.......indicating all planets other than Earth are lifeless. Calling the things "aliens" is an assumption. If they exist, the only thing you can be sure of is that they are beings. There would be no way of knowing that they are alien to us or to the planet Earth...even if they claim to be from other planets or solar systems, and even if people believe they were taken to those other planets or solar systems by the beings in UFO's. If the beings are real and they have the power to do what many people believe they can do, they sure have the power to place false impressions of reality in people's minds....God said thousands of years ago that because people love lies, He will send them strong delusion....God gives you the desire of your heart because He is good, He loves you and gives you the freedom of going your own way even if that means you are destroying yourself. God will not force you to love Him, He will not force you to seek His mercy, but He will give you the desires of your heart even if that means you fry like an eternal sausage in Hell forever.
