Are Republicans dead in November?

Republicans are done. All they've done the last eight years is dig us further in to debt, kill thousands of our brave young men and women over a thinly veiled disguise of "terrorism", sit idly and watch a housing boom and bust, and drive the economy in to a period of stagflation. Read the article below if you don't agree.

I think that Democrat Bill Foster's victory in the Chicago special election is a bad omen for the Republicans. Really, though, what do you expect from a party that is still actually supporting this flunk of a President.

REpublican remain alive when the Demon democrats keep opening their mouths (and zippers). The blunders and quotes will keep this an active race (no pun intended) until November

As much as the war in Iraq and economy have left a bad taste in people's mouth, I'm not yet convinced. I'm a certified Bush hater so I'm hopeful that people are ready for change but I still have reservations about the Democratic candidates. I think the American people are certain their country needs policy change, on several topics, but I don't have enough faith in them to believe they'll elect a black or woman president.

I think the only way the Republicans can win in November is if Clinton gets the Democratic nomination, just because she's so polarizing of a figure. If Obama gets it -- they're done.

The Republicans seem to think so too.

No chance, Obama is not going to win this election.

Still a chance?! Once Hillary pulls off her amazing comeback and wins the Democratic nomination, McCain will coast to a win in November. He's moderate enough to win those people that aren't registered to either party and he will get the support of the Right even if they aren't all that happy with him. Hillary on the other hand will struggle to keep the democratic supporters after they become disenfranchised with the way Obama was hosed by the superdelegates.

Ugh. I'd like to believe that the republicans are out, but I've seen the Dems self-destruct before and it could definitely happen again.

I wish I could say yes but I'm going to have to disagree. The south's support coupled with the feud in the democratic party between Clinton and Obama makes for a nice threat. They definitely are slipping, but the Republicans are far from dead.
