if you have expensive marine fish of course its going to be hard. but if you have goldfish it will be easy. i have 4 goldfish and i have specil tank which only needs cleaning 1 time a year because it has bacteria that eats all the mess away and u advanced filtera and clenaing system.

Put some over sized pumps in the tank and you shouldn't have to clean it as much. Get some predatory fish and feed then by hand. That's always fun. Try an African Butterfly Fish and grasshoppers. I had one of those and got my mom to feed him. That was lots of fun. She jumped 3 feet in the air when the thing jumped out of the water and snatched the cricket out of her hand ;)

No fish are cool to have. Especially if you have a sweet aqurium. The worst pet you could have is a cat.

I love my fish. They are so beautiful but agressive and vicious all the same. Feeding them live food once a week is a treat for me and they are really not that hard to keep. I only do a cleaning once a month and change the water once a week. Changing the water is a simplistic task that takes about 3 minutes of effort on your part if you have the right equipment. They are way less expensive than cats or dogs where you need to pay for medical bills and give shots and so forth.

Fish Are FUN!

I have two tropical fish in a nice big fish tank thats embedded in the wall.

Although you cannot play with them they really calm you down and they really help with a rooms atmosphere it liven ups the room making it seem less dull and boring!

There's tons of things. Like if you had a pet human, that would be really messed up.

A pet elephant if you lived in an apartment.

This debate lacks focus. Anything can be a crappy pet if you say, "this is my pet fill in the blank" and it's something crazy or dumb.

No fish are fun. They're easy to take care of. I once had a goldfish named Cumin. He was so great! I even trained him to follow my finger around his aquarium!

When I was younger, I had a couple of pet flies! Yup, flies. (I was an idiot once!) I fed them little crumbs. A fish is way better than flies.

I have an aquarium of African cichlids and I think fish are nice.
