Humans, Per Se, are not the problem. It's the number of humans that is the problem. If we could cut down on the world population by half, that would help a great deal.
One way to cut down on the world population is to ship them off to the Moon or a Mars colony. Let them destroy that virgin territory while the Earth recuperates.
Another way is to take out the stupid people. Anyone who is below average. Now I know the old argument, who's going to decide the criteria? I don't think it matters because no system is perfect. Lets say we chose intelligence to be the criteria (as opposed to looks), well there's going to be some dumb blond that makes it because of her looks and some ugly nerd that wont make it because of his look. And that's OK. As long as we reduce the number of humans, a few good ones that don't make it and a few bad ones that do will not matter in the grand scheme of things.
Now people get all bent out of shape and get real militant because they like it here on Earth for some reason or another. That's fine. If they are organized and prove to be difficult to get rid of, then let them be. There are tons of other people that don't have the resources, energy or will to do anything about it. Let us get rid of them; the easy pickings. Of course there will be some bleeding hearts that will accept the role of "human shield" in an attempt to save those less fortunate but this will only increase the number of people we take out in one fell swoop. Human shields aren't as good as Kevlar and missile defense systems.
Yet another way to reduce world population is to stop hounding the Chinese about their human rights violations and let them sterilize their population without their knowledge. I mean, their one child per couple policy isn't working out too good.
The beauty of this solution is that not only is it a green solution but it also fixes a bunch of other problems! No more long lines at the market. No more rush hour traffic. No famine, no homeless people, no poor people, no criminals, no handicap people taking up primo parking spots. It's a win win solution!
And if we're smart about it, we wont be open about it. It can all be done in secret and we can blame it on the rapture or something; alien abductions! I'm telling you, this could work!
Any way, if I were president, these are just some of the ideas I would implement to get every "war on [fill in the blank]" under control. We need some one who can make the tough decisions and we need that person now! We need change!
