I was in awe to see how much money the Chinese generate compared to how much we are in debt! They are trillions good and we are trillions bad. China has us beat with population by a slim margin, Only 1.33 billion to our .3 billion. What if the Chinese decided to take the US or UK down? Nowadays you cannot throw people into a war and win it. You need the latest equipment and what not. Then again the Chinese are actually generating money. Which means that not only can the Chinese government afford the latest equipment but they have an insane population. Unlike India who have a large population but not anywhere near the money generating ability. They also have bunny rabbits for people babies pop up everywhere. Also what happens when the Chinese start using cars like Americans do? Think of how insane gas prices would get. Look around in the room your in I guarantee something in there is from China. IF the Chinese cut trading with the US we'd be screwed. IT wouldn't be us declaring an embargo on Chinese goods it would be the opposite! I think the Chinese could take the world over if they decided to. Lets hope they don't.

They would have to do a lot to go about this.

For one, the people would have to be at least somewhat for the scheme, as half-assed soldiers aren't that effective. I'm not sure they have that kind of mentality (as opposed to Germans apparently, what's with those guys?)

Next, they would need to actually start buying and making weapons. And lots of them. They could do this I suppose, but the world would notice something was up, and start in with the sanctions and what not, putting an end to all that money they're generating.

Finally, actually we still have a lot more money than China. Granted we owe more, and they don't owe so much, but China is only the fourth richest nation, after, us, Germany, and Japan. And considering how many people they have, that's still pretty effing poor all in all.

The chinese decide to take over the world America fricking takes them down. There technology sucks. All those people have to be fed right. Send in the airforce alone and we could take out the Chinese. Why in the heck would Europe join with China. Europe being America's longstanding rival. Plus they owe us. You know world war two and all.

Chinas military sucks. Theres a reason the Cold War is cold not hot. The USSR knew they couldn't take us. China knows it too.

Our economy is based on infinite growth and infinite resources. Our demand and consumption of resources drastically out weighs supply form everything to electricity to oil. We may be invested in other countries but we owe them money so the value of the products that we buy from them goes up.

China's economy is obsessed with stability. They have the production to keep themselves stable in a worldwide economic failure due to the fact that they make goods for many countries and if countries don't buy goods then China can and will convert their factories to make everything for themselves while the rest of the world suffers. Also the fact that China exports more than it imports increases their economic stability. Also if we suddenly had to pay back the money we owe them it would drive us into a depression.

At the moment I believe China to be a big player, if not the biggest, on the field.

In terms of war, I don't think they'd waste money or resources on thing's like this... I find that their power comes from their heads. Intelligent, technology tycoons, and hard workers. Extremely hard workers, so much so that its a cut-throat business all in it's own right with the Chinese.

They depend on other countries yes, and we depend on China. We all depend on eachother, if one fall's, we all fall.

I have to admit though, this recession just passed didn't hit Australia or New Zealand as bad as it hit the other countries though. Not sure why that was.. better economy setup there I guess. So maybe it just depends on how the countries are run.

If it is true that China owns the US as they are so far into debt, if it is true that China is is not calling in their loans only because the US is their biggest market. It stands to reason that the Chinese are not going to attack the US or any other country. They will take over because most of the people have been brainwashed or trained by advertising to be sickly consumers. When you see examples of people standing in line all night to shop on Boxing Day, when see examples of people fighting each other over goods on sale in stores some alarms should be going off in our brains. Why do we need to shop 7 days a week 24 hours a day?

Why are we going into debt buying crap? Inferior junk that is poorly made and not meant to last. We need more landfill right? The consumer madness is out of control. We buy cable TV to bring advertising into our homes. Out of each half hour of programming ten minutes are ads. Selling us stuff. Stuff that we don't need, stuff that is made in China. The Chinese are not to blame. Look at your own greedy self and ask how did you become this way? The answer is advertising. We are subject to ads everywhere all the time. Is it any wonder we feel the need to buy and have? Since the moment or even before you are borne you are subject to the constant drone of the TV, radio. That is just your audio sense being trained to buy. As soon as you can see you are put in front of the TV. Advertising is such a big excepted part of our life that we wear it on our clothes, (T-shirts, Sweat-shirts, pants, shoes etc.) all our hero's, sports figures for example are covered in Nike logos, car racer sell soap. On and on everything is covered with advertising to sell Chinese crap.

The Chinese in some areas of Canada are taking over by creating malls that have nothing but Chinese signage. They are pretty much saying; "If you don't read Chinese we don't care for your business."

If you think about the Chinese owning most of the USA and large parts of Canada what does that mean? It means the Chinese are taking over. They don't have to use weapons. They are using your own greed and your own advertising companies that have brain washed you into being a consumer of Chinese goods. This all seems harmless until you look at things like our natural resources. Water for example will be the most important natural resource of the future and in many places like Africa and the mid US, people can't afford clean drinking water. Why is that? Large greedy companies have bought the rights to the water and can make a profit by selling it to those who can't live without water. Which is all of us! Who owns those companies? Right now there are many different owners but as China gains more and more power over the greedy consumers, they will end up in the position to own the water you and I need to live. So Who needs weapons of mass destruction? Try and live without clean potable water. The Canadian West Coast, Province of BC is an accessible area where there is more clean water than anywhere else on the planet. You would think the Canadian Government and people of Canada would be on top of this. Nope. They are selling the rights to small companies building run of the river power plants. These plants sell the power back to the grid. The owners of these small companies through this process acquire the water rights. That means they have a right to the waters that drive the turbines that generate the electricity. They also have the right to take that water and sell it. Most of those companies are owned by larger American companies and if China owns America I guess they also own the water in those rivers. Do you see now how the Chinese are taking over? No guns needed. Just stupid greedy consumers.

The Chinese have a strong military with nuclear weapons so I would have to say that they could. Especially since pretty much everything that is sold in this country (and across the globe) is made in China. I heard that the Chinese are buying foreclosed properties in the USA. Glenn Beck has his own television show and he would agree with me that the Chinese are definitely going to take over the world market. Glenn Beck said that inflation would get bad in this country. He also said that the governments money isn't going to run out and if it does then there will be a BIG PROTEST. He also said that the American government could just keep printing more money and not reduce the debt because the money would become worthless in the world market. The Chinese have at least 1 trillion people and the USA only has 0.3 billion people. It even says in the Holy Bible that the Chinese will start a world war 3 some day. The Chinese are a sleeping giant right now. They already hate Americans and it will only take one bad decision by the United States to anger them. I strongly believe that the rest of the world will have to team up and defeat the Chinese military. America doesn't have enough employers for all of its citizens. All the jobs have gone overseas. The only jobs available in America are maintenance jobs. There aren't any assembly line or production jobs anymore.

We Thai people won't let china take over Thailand! Stop dating a Chinese girl/Boy! They're gonna produce another Chinese babies! And then more Chinese population are gonna destroy the earth! GO THAILAND GO! Go make more Thai population. Thats why Thailand is part of the greater India and not called the greater china. Thats why the Chinese ancestors in Thailand are called Thai only. By the way, Chinese people are so ugly and the food is so gross.

Not really plastic but all you need for a war are people and equipment ( and a little spilled milk ) and if you got money you can have equipment.

I agree China are probably the most powerful country in the world at the moment. There currency is extrememly strong and they have a collossal power of trade!

They have people in abundance and can afford to produce and purchase weapons that are extremely powerful.

The people who run the country as well are no fools. They know about there power and they are running there country very efficiently.

one phrase the Chinese live by a phrase that should cause fear in the minds of the world.

"One People One Nation" Unlike other places in the world they feel that if every one is ruled under that concept the world is a better place and I agree but!

Who is in charge of the ideal and would use it is a different matter, so for talks sake china gets a very lets say Charismatic leader uses alot of the old Chinese dogma says that why don't we spread this joy with the world looks how happy we are.

1.They take all small countries near by the world goes well just don't do it again.

2. Then they take India, we GO WOO! Hang on Trade Embargo.

3. Total ignore Europe to risky take the middle east easy land access, OH! Look we got the oil.

4. America gets pissy starts shouting at EU to take care of it but they don't want to risk all out war against a nation thats realistically throwing distance with nukes.

5. America starts to feel left out starts threatening EU with trade rights and halting them.

6. China steps in befriends Europe " Why fight let us trade and be one Big happy super continent Eurasia.

7.America invades South America to gain a strangle hold over resources with dealing without the east.

8.Eurasia lead by China feels that America has went to far and leads a combined forces to Canada via Russia and Greenland.

9.Second cold war America suffering less allies and loosing Britain because they sided with there older EU allies Backs its self into a corner the people demand action.
