I really appreciate the try, but, I made up my mind long ago. You enjoy your faith. I don't want or need it. I have several very religious people in my family and my wife's. The (by far) most devout one, my wife's older sister told her: "Of all our sisters (6 + two brothers), you married the most perfect person." (She didn't know I was an atheist). That made me smile. That lady, as devout as she is, lost her son to (apparently) lung cancer on Wednesday. He went to the hospital in Texas on Monday, was dead on Wed. All her prayers and what she has done for others (hospice, etc.), didn't help her. I'm sorry, I don't see ANY sign of this "just and loving god". But I'm happy for you if you do. Side: Heaven.
The phony hates real Bible believing Christians, he says he loves his Baptist daughter but he hates her faith. He loves his sinner daughter, he hates the new creation she has become in Christ and will never admit that his daughter is a new creature from the faith of God. Side: Heaven.
Nobody except maybe his whorish girlfriends he brags about told him to go to Hell. I told him he is on his way to Hell and needs to be, and can be, saved from it by God the Savior Jesus Christ. I never change in that. The guy is a bold faced liar, liars will end up in Hell if they will not repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. The liar cannot have a relationship with the Lord except that he first admit his lying is against God; it is of the sin which crucified the Lord. Side: Heaven.
He's pretending to be nice to you because he sees you are emotionally weak so that you are not standing firm in faith. If you follow Jesus as He taught, He promised the world would hate you as they hated Him. If an anti-Christ like this big mouth hater does not express hatred for you like he shows against God and His word, then you are not following the Lord but rather placing your own feelings and ideas above His word. I'm telling you the truth in love. They go hand in hand and the truth is not always pleasant or easy to take. Side: Heaven.
In the mind of other Christians, I'm going to hell. However, the hell doesn't exist so I'm simply going to state that it's arrogant to assume out of the thousands of religions in the world, the one you hold only because you were raised to believe in it is the "true" religion. If you were born in Afghanistan you would be a Muslim, not a Christian. If you were born in Rome a few hundred years ago you would be believing in Zeus, not the Christian God. Your faith is entirely dependent on your upbringing and nothing to do with fact or really any other good reason to believe in it. Religion was founded to explain the universe when we knew nothing while strengthening empires through the teachings of what they saw as good morality; which is fine, until the outdated practice lives on for thousands of years and we're now in an industrialized society believing in such nonsense. Side: Hell.
Lol. I made up my mind a LONG time ago. Not only that, but I've been told to go there more than once. Maybe like twenty times.... I am a very intimidating introverted person with very little friends. And, I am a Christen... but a question has been ringing inside my head. Who has proof that either place assists?, Thus could go two ways. One, I am going to a non-exsistant place, or two, I am going to a place that exsits. Side: Hell.
If you allow heresies to be ignored, you are not being loving toward the person teaching heresy or toward the people listening to that teacher. Heresy is evil. If you love God and people, you speak against heresy. If you love God, you do not promote teachers or teachings which are heretical. Side: Heaven.
I guess I put enough time into trying to help you. Go ahead and idolize and promote heretical teachers like MacArthur. I'll do what the Bible tells me to do and I suggest you look up this passage and educate yourself a bit about obeying God according to His word. Romans 16:17-18 Go on with your perversion of God's word called NKJV or any of the hundreds of others like NIV, NASB, whatever.....all divisive and all changing God's word while cults like Mormon, JW's, and homosexuals uphold them as authoritative. Go on with moneygrubbing heretics like MacArthur who quote Catholic mystics as if they were Biblical Christians; using them to make himself sound super-smart so that people will look up to him and send him more money in his "Grace To You, Money To Me" ministry. You get so much love, help, and guidance from the guy, you should pay him at least a few bucks each month. Side: Heaven.
