At What Age Did You Officially Realize You Are "Old"?

Obviously this question is subjective and there is no right answer.  I'm just curious at what age (for those that apply) did you
officially realize that you are now "old"?  Was it when u saw your first wrinkles? Was it when you realized you can't play sports all out like you used to? Was it when your back started to ache? Etc...

When you first know you are doing or have done wrong, then you know you are old. I guess I was around 7 when I hit that point. I remember it clearly. I was doing wrong, and planned my lies to avoid punishment if if I was caught. I realized that I was old then...on borrowed time.

You know you're old when you're back goes out more often than you do.

When you're slowly, but steadily climbing a staircase in a public building and a few teenagers pass you moving like mountain goats, that's when the comparison is cruelly illustrated.

You aren't old until you start understanding and becoming interested in all those weird medication commercials.

For me, it's when I realized I can't play sports like I used to. I used to be an energizer bunny. I could go on and on, even when I was tired, I could still find another gear and go. But now, I physically can't. I can literally feel myself about to faint, fall down, or have a heart attack (trouble breathing, chest pains, etc). That's a really scary feeling. I always used to push as hard as I wanted and I'd never feel dizzy or chest pains......damn lol.

46 while bending down to help my infant son learn to walk. You can be young at heart but your back and knees and other joints won't hesitate to remind you of your actual age.
