May peace, harmony and tolerance replace the irrational and bitter hatred you have in your heart for those who do not concur with your religious beliefs. atheism is just an opinion. just like whether you choose burgers or sausages, all it is is an opinion. Hope is what drives religion. It's made so that we know probability still exists when odds are against us. as kids, it completely is on parents, whether they follow a religion or not, the same will be imposed on kids, but as we grow up, and have deeper insights to life, and are able enough to understand the importance of having opinions on certain aspects of life, atheism may come out from the more rationally thinking crowd, that's why we see tesla, einstein on the side of atheism. but to say that atheism is what happens when one gives up, is very vague and irrational, to generalise atheism as a result of dissapointment/ giving up is wrong.
