Atheists: I have a question for you all

Lets say one of the religions out there were true and was proven. Which religion would you choose?

1.True as in has in I regard it as 100% correct with no room for improvement?

I hope I never find such a religion

2: Proven as in me being convinced that it would be a good idea for me to join?

I hope I do find such a religion. At this stage in my life I am wanting to know a community of like minded people

What do we mean when we say that a religion is 'true and proven'? Do we mean that their dogmatic beliefs are proven true, e.g. the Christian God could somehow be proven to exist?

If so I would pick Greek mythology. It's so full of intrigue and the Gods are humanlike with their own flaws and imperfections, which seems kind of appealing. Also the fact that you can become one of them if you are awesome enough should make the case for Greek mythology a no-brainer. Also you could get to meet all kinds of amazing people like Aphrodite and Dionysus.

Oh if I could meet Athena. That would be a great day. Good choice.

What do you mean? If one were true we wouldn't get to choose.

If it was true you can reject it and do what you want. For example the christian god doesnt force you to believe but if his religion was proven true then you still have the choice. So which religion would you choose? The thing is if one were true which one would you want to have be true?

I still don't know what you mean. If any religion was true, we would not get to choose which one would be true. it just would be, but as you said I still would reject most of then, for the rules they enforce.

I'm not an atheist or anything, but I would probably pick the reincarnation thing. I think it's Hinduism, right?

Yes. Most Hindus believe in this concept. .
