Atheists, most of you say you're all "agnostic" to some degree, but you are still atheist.

From a philosophical standpoint, you KNOW that there is a chance a god exists, however small.

However, would you bet your life, all that you own and value on the idea that there is no god?

In other words, how SURE are you that there is no god? Agnostic-atheism is a VERY stable and logical position, but would you be willing to bet EVERYTHING, with the risk of a god STRIKING you down with holy thunder, just to win the ability to say you're right?

How much would you bet monetary, or life-wise to claim you are right?

The idea of a god is absurd and ridiculous.

I would consider a fair bet to be betting my life for five dollars on the fact that there is no god.

Sure, bet it all. If you're wrong, then you die. Oh well. God's not going to be pissed at you in the afterlife, is he?

They are just mistaking "Openmindness" for being an "Agnostic" ;)

Talk with sugar in words, listen with a pinch of salt.

It takes respect if you want wisdom. But at the same time, we can have a fortitude in opinions without losing respect for the opponent

If the dearest princess of mistakeness would please forgiveth the forced intrussion It simply must be said that agnosticism is actually a position on the knowability of something, where as atheism/theism is a position on belief. Most agnostics are atheists, since they do not believe in what they believe can not be known.

ducks are nice, and they make a nice moo noise.
