BigOats: What is so wrong with being gay?

Okay, all you ever do is post about gays. All your insults involve gays. You are 100%, totally, against gays. (From what I've seen). But you've never really laid out your reasons in a clear format. Whenever someone disputes you, you return with insults and anger. Nobody is going to take your opinion seriously unless you can be understood.

So in this debate, I want you to lay out every problem you have, and let others dispute you without getting upset.

I really am curious to know your reasons.

And I know a precise scientific definition for all of these. Should I feel proud of this? Hell yes :)

For me the thing so wrong about being gay is the involvement with a penis that isn't my own.

Your mom was involved with a penis that wasn't your own... probably.

Do you see the problem?

Or maybe you mean that it's only okay to be gay if it is your penis the gay individual is involved in?

I was speaking only for myself; a rare thing these days I know.

The thing so wrong about being gay for me is if I had involvement with a penis other than my own.

Okay, all you ever do is post about gays.

Not really, I've posted a lot on relativity theory.

All your insults involve gays.

This is not really connected to hating gays. I only insult Hellno, because he keeps saying shit about me. In some debates, he implied I was gay (without me having said anything to him). So, I call him gay in return, and also the freaks who support him (some of them really are gay).

You are 100%, totally, against gays. (From what I've seen).

I think I've told you before that I don't hate gays. I oppose the so - called gay rights movement, and this is not the same. If you don't believe me saying I don't hate gays, check out my conversation with Pigwidgeon, in this debate:

He confessed to being gay, and yet I could speak with him, because he's a sensible person.

But you've never really laid out your reasons in a clear format. Whenever someone disputes you, you return with insults and anger. Nobody is going to take your opinion seriously unless you can be understood.

I've laid out my reasons against the gay rights movement in many arguments, and backed them up with sources and statistics. Most people usually didn't pay attention to that, it was too boring for them. Some, like Dana, got aggressive.

So in this debate, I want you to lay out every problem you have, and let others dispute you without getting upset. I really am curious to know your reasons.

If you feel like reading what I think about the LGBT movement, I will post it here. But I want to be sure this will not be another clowns' debate (I mean the other users who participate). So, if you promise to ban anyone who starts trolling, we can go ahead with this.

I'm also tired right now, and don't want to start collecting all those links. I'll do it tomorrow.

She would then have to ban you which would defeat the entire purpose of this debate.

Can you at least post links to some of the other debates? I'm for gay rights and I'd like to see what you've had to say in the past. I find it very beneficial to see both sides. Plus, I've got an ethics class next semester and your research may help me! Please and thank you!

Really? I haven't seen that. I'll have to check that out. I'm sorry for stereotyping your debates.

Okay, but I think you'll still have to lay out the reasons for me. (I will check out that link though.)

Fair enough. I suppose it's just because I haven't seen all of your arguments or your links.

Awesome. I promise to ban anyone who personally insults you. However, I can't really help it if other users get involved from a debating standpoint, and they dispute you. If anyone says any uncalled insults though, I will be happy to ban them. Is that alright with you?

I'm also tired right now, and don't want to start collecting all those links. I'll do it tomorrow.

Yeah, that's cool. It's summer for me right now so I have lot's of time on my hands. Anytime you feel like it.

OK, first I just want to state the reasons why I bother posting anything on this at all:

1. There are a lot of real human rights problems in my country. And the idea of individual freedom and human rights is not shared by the majority. This is one of the main reasons things are so screwed up here.

2. The countries where human rights and liberty are respected, were our only model for political reform. They now embrace some very strange agendas, like the LGBT movement. In my view, this has nothing to do with human rights, and discredits the very idea of human rights. In reality, this is a movement conjured by a special interest group, and used by dirty politicians.

3. Being unpopular as they are, Western ideas of individual freedom and just laws, now find even more opposition in my country. This is because these ideas are now associated with the weird agendas that Western countries currently uphold.

4. So, I think the LGBT movement is poison, which works on several different levels:

4.1. Screws up kids and gives them a very distorted picture of human nature.

4.2. Decreases the already low level of education in countries where kids are "educated" on LGBT.

4.3. Helps political nut jobs in my country, who have an agenda of opposing human rights, acquire more support and influence. The cheap and effective method they use is equating the human rights concept with what is currently done by weirdos in the West.

4.4. Screws up Western countries by creating legal precedents for increasingly insane legislations. Just check out the recently signed Californian "Toilet Bill".

4.5. Helps distract people in Western countries from the real problems these countries now face.

So, this is not really about "What's wrong with being gay", although the answer to that is definitely part of the picture.

Now I'll answer the question of the debate. But I must first clarify one thing: I am talking only about male homosexuality. There is not enough evidence that lesbianism itself is a harmful way of life, although of course it correlates with many psychological issues.

What is so wrong with being gay?

The simple answer is that this is a dangerous and destructive lifestyle, which is being presented as "healthy" and "normal".

In the following posts I will elaborate on different aspects of this.

HEALTH

The health of gays is a nightmare. This is a direct result of their lifestyle.

1. Current state:

According to a survey made by CDC in 2010, the rate of new HIV diagnoses among men who have sex with men (MSM) is more than 44 times that of other men and more than 40 times that of women.

The rate of primary and secondary syphilis among MSM is more than 46 times that of other men and more than 71 times that of women, the analysis says.

Source: http://www.cdc.gov/nchhstp/Newsroom/msmpressrelease.html

2. History:

Since the 1980's, when medical statistics on gay health started to be systematically aquired, all evidence showed that male homosexuals have a siginificatly increased level of almost ALL diseases that can be transmitted from human to human. This includes STDs, and also many diseases that are very rare for modern society, like typhoid.
