Free Speech comes before file Grievance in the first Amendment. A grievance displays a self-value, a posted value looking for resolution by order. Free speech can be demonstrate as holding neither self-value, nor posted cost. The real issue becomes liberty, which has self-value, which was not provided, or may be proven as possible as right by United States Constitution. The Right of liberty was not granted by U.S. Constitution. It is enforced using U.S. Constitution. So any Amendment to United States Constitution makes no claims for liberty as its goal. This is simply arguing a grievance in the wrong location. In the wrong order. Free speech by Amendment to United States Constitution grants the right to rephrase wording to avoid self-incrimination. Made by you or directed by others. As words with no self-value are known dangerous, as self-value can simple be nothing more than the lack of care in social disregard. 1

If a pre-notified and authorized peaceful demonstration was stopped by the police then the allegation of death of free speech could legitimately be leveled at the authorities. The aggressive and illegal disruption of people's everyday lives, by whatever group that feels they have a grievance, must not be tolerated. The approval of spontaneous and unlawful civil unrest by the anarchist commentator of this video is condoning what is in essence nothing less than criminality. As the protest was illegal, the activists were breaking the law and therefore should be brought before the courts and tried for their crimes. Consider a society where there are 100s of illegal and disruptive protests every day which would make the free flow of business and commerce impossible and cause the wheels of industry to grind to a halt. Factories and business would close and 10s of 1000s of people would be thrown out of work. Left unchecked these sort of illegal protests can easily escalate to acts of terrorism. If blacks,or any group wish to avoid being shot by the police then they should abide by the law. THIRTY YEARS OF CARNAGE IN NORTHERN IRELAND STARTED WITH UNCHALLENGED ''PROTESTS'. 2
