Also the supreme court decided on abortion and found it constitutional. If it was found unconstitutional then that debate would probably still be heated to this day. But the verdict is in. People want abortion to stay. It was found to be constitutional. Any politician with common sense should see that and legislate accordingly.

Times change. Peoples opinions change. And as i argued before if the majority of the people feel a certain way the politicians are supposed to reflect that in how they legislate.

New York State Democrats pushed through their so called "safe act" which said that any gun in our homes that held more than seven rounds of ammunitions was now illegal! That included our hunting rifles! HELLO?

Were your hunting guns taken away? No. It was a restriction on magazine size. Get a 6 bullet clip or mag or whatever. There you go your gun can stay.

Heres the actual provision:

"The Act included a high-capacity magazine provision, provided that beginning on April 15, 2013, only magazines with a capacity of seven rounds could legally be sold in New York.[11] The Act allowed ten-round magazines purchased before that date, but made it illegal to load more than seven rounds of ammunition into a ten-round magazine, except "at an incorporated firing range or competition recognized by the National Rifle Association or International Handgun Metallic Silhouette Association."[11] Historic or antique guns (defined as those manufactured more than fifty years ago) were exempt from this requirement.[11] The magazine provisions were struck down by Judge Skretny in 2013,[13] and this ruling was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2015, making it so "gun owners can legally load 10 rounds in a 10-round magazine."[10] Neither the Act nor the subsequent court cases affected New York's pre-existing ten-round magazine limit.[11] The Act does not place a limit on the number of magazines that individuals could purchase at any one time.[11]"

The provision was struck down. And you can still have as many clips as you want. And before the provision was struck down if your mag size was larger than 7 you just couldnt load more than 7. So its not like they were going into peoples homes and taking away guns with large clips. And this was more of a restriction on what could be sold not what people could have. So if the provision stayed you just wouldnt even be able to buy a larger clip than 7 bullets. So literally nothing would happen to you.

This provision did essentially nothing.

You have to be intelligent enough to see the supporters of the Democrat Party to understand what they stand for.

As for "entitled to other peoples money". Thats funny. Because republicans constantly give our tax dollars away to corporations for free. Why are THEY entitled to MY money? How come GE has a -35% tax rate and we hand them a fat check every year? I mean jesus Goldman Sachs committed fraud and crashed the economy and we handed them billions and bailed them out with out tax dollars. And while the corporate tax rate is about 35% the average EFFECTIVE tax rate is only 12%. How come I have to pay more than some of the largest corporations? How come THEY dont have to pay their fair share into the system?

So yes i am entitled to their fucking money. Im entitled to the fair share they owe and they are not entitled to free handouts from us taxpayers. When our infrastructure gets a grade of D from the society of civil engineers and Walmart makes billions off of our people while paying next to nothing in taxes yes the fucking owe us. We keep them alive. We give them profit. So they get to use us then pay nothing back into the system that allowed them to get rich? No. No way in hell.
