STANDARD... this debate is so standard. Bud Light is obviously the best Light Beer. You will not find a more well-rounded, tasty, less-filling, "I can drink 12 of you before a Redskins game and still look forward to a couple 20oz Bud Light drafts when I get into FedEx Field" Beer. Anyone that advocates for Miller Lite is questionable at best. Seriously, “Lite” is defined in the American heritage Dictionary as “Having Less Substance”… Not my beer. Bud Light is a true symbol of Red, White, and Blue... and everything else that is good in this country for that matter

I just feel like an American when I drink Bud Light. Maybe it's the Clydesdales, maybe its the red, white and blue, or maybe its just because it tastes so darn delicious (especially out on the boat at Smith Mountain Lake).

August Busch is about 10 times more pimpy than the degenerate shatterings of the Frederick Miller progeny. I'll drink whatever's in front of me. Real men of genius commercials are a cut above too.

Bud light is the far better beer. If you are looking for less caloris and fewer carbs drink water it will taste 100 times better than Millerlite- which in my opinion tastes like a can of chilled vomit. I think I would chose Beast over Miller lite anyday! BUd Lite is the way to go hands down!

As a former member of the Young Republicans and current hater of everything GOP, I feel like I've compiled an objective opinion on this subject. It all comes down to this: the taste of Miller Lite makes me want to vomit. I'd rather drink a High Life actually.

Perhaps its the marketing, but I just feel better when I order and drink Bud Light. I can't wait to try the new BL Lime too.

for me it boils down to freshness. bud light (as well as most other Anheuser-Busch beers) includes a "born-on-date" which indicated the date and time the beer was packaged. likewise, bud light has a 110 day freshness guarantee which means that you won't find a can or bottle of beer greater than 110 days old on the shelf anywhere. anheuser-busch has a competitive advantage because it has the largest distribution network of breweries, wholesalers, and distributors in the country... which other beer companies (ie. SAB Miller) do not have, which is why they (ie. miller lite) cannot offer. therefore, when you drink bud light you can rest assured that the beer you are drinking is the freshest beer money can buy... and if you know anything about beer it should be that FRESH BEER TASTES BETTER!

They both taste exactly the same, I routinely base my decisions on who has the best commercials at any given time. For this reason, Bud Light has been a long term winner with me, but there was one period (approximately 2001) Where Miller had an amazing ad campaign (Think there is a snowball fight in hell, then it whisks up to the bar, and our bum friend "Steve" is actually paying for a round of beers) During this campaign, I drank Miller Lite, and it was good!

Get your facts straight Bonnell. The only things Bud Light wins is marketing. Miller Lite, World Beer Cup Gold Medal Winner in 96,98,00, and 06 with Bud Light yet to place in the Top 3. I think watching all the TV commercials has brainwashed you like Fox News and the Republican Party. Start thinking for yourself and make the change.

The two CEOs of Budwiser and Miller went to a bar. The CEO of Bud told to a bartander, "Give me a Bud light, the king of beer." 5 minutes later, he found that the CEO of Miller had not ordered his drinks. He told the CEO to order drinks.
