Unfortunately I put my prior answer on the wrong side. I support boys and men wear skirts and or skorts. In younger males it should be skorts. Skorts are full knee length skirts with shorts sewn into them with the hem of the shorts about 1-2 inches shorter then the hem of the skirt. Why this, well as displayed in the top picture, modesty would be preserved. Of course some type of undergarment would still need to be had here in America because a person could get arrested for exposing themselves in public. I mean an occasional flash of underwear (like women do) is harmless. Side: GO FOR IT ITS FOR THE BREEZE

I support boys wearing skirts. Your pictures show men exposing themselves in kilts. KILTS are not classified as skirts. Men have been wearing skirts since Roman times. They are designed for men, to wear on the hips like pants. Boys have worn them up to 1940, up to age 15. So wheres the problem. The fear is the loss of dominating masculinity. Is a women less of a woman because she wears pants? No, no more then a man/boy is less of a male for wearing a skirt. This is step that has to be made for gender equaility, NO OTHER REASON. I think that boys can't wear skirts... It is not normal for me. I think that we should think traditional and boys should wear jeans or other trousers and girls - skirts. In all over the world such dressing code looks normal so why we need something new? Side: Wait..., what
