But, it IS about delivering on your promises. Oh, not Pelosi's promise. Trumps promise.. So, this IS about Trumps base deserting him and losing his re-election in 2020. Fact is, the great negotiator got negotiated into a corner by a WOMAN. IF he caves, he LOSES..
