Just because you can use the same words to describe it doesn't mean it is the same exact thought. The thoughts will be incredibly similar, but all of the other thoughts that go on with the individuals will have some influence and cause the thought to be slightly different. Side: No

It would depend on the level you're analyzing thought at, and the type of thought in question. In terms of the subjective experience of thought, two people may have very similar, even identical experiences- particular for the 'inner monologue/dialogue' type of thought. In terms of the physical process of thought, thought, that same subjective experience may be the result of a completely different series of neurons firing across a brain that is mapped out in subtly different ways. Their are so many people on this planet, uniqueness does not even exist. It's alleged that every person on this planet of billions has near seven doppelgangers! Not one, seven! That's seven human beings, you may or may not have ever met, that have similar enough DNA to you, that they look like you. Not to mention we're 100,000 years into human existence, the possibility of an original thought, is virtually impossible. Now that's not to say your thought, that was definitely thought of before in human history, before by another person today, and acted upon by a human in another country, was thought of in the same way, what with the different components that make up each of your brains, but like I said before, you're one of billions.... the likelihood isn't that far-fetched.
