You are talking common sense to a bunch of hypocrite Liberals. Yes, it is a hate crime!

These hypocrites would the first ones complaining if Liberal owned businesses were forced to cater things they oppose.

Would the Left force a Black family owned business to cater KKK meetings?

Would they force a Feminist owned business to cater male chauvinist conventions?

Would they force a Jewish owned business to cater a Nazi Convention?

Liberals are simply the biggest hypocrites on the planet. Their double standards are insanely pathetic.

Most people would not try to force businesses to cater things that goes against their faith or conscience.

Most people are not insecure Gay activists trying to force everyone to embrace their unnatural sexual orientations.

Hello bront:

If you sell your services to the public, and for whatever reason, you decide to sell ONLY to the people you approve of, you're gonna have trouble - as well you should..

If you don't wanna do business with SOME of the public, you shouldn't be allowed to do business at all..

Oh? If someone wants a cake that says "homosexuality is an abomination" does an Atheist gay baker HAVE to make it for them?

Religious liberty is a human right. There is no excuse for anti Christian hate.

It doesn't work like that. Your religion is responsible for the deaths of millions of people. You lose the "right" to do something when it hurts other people. The same applies to guns. For some reason you only seem to give a shit about YOUR "rights", and care nothing about MY right to walk out of the front door without being at risk of being shot.

Using legal means to sue someone is different then something like burning the bakery down. One is legal, the other would indeed be a hate crime.

Cool. So libs think suing someone for the exact same thing and losing 3 times isn't hate.

They call Trump hateful for doing nothing illegal on a daily basis...

I thought we were going by lib standards here. My mistake. You have to warn me when the libs move the target again.

He was sued by the state the first time. If they did it twice that would be discriminatory. But he was sued by a private person the second time and for something slightly different. The third is by the same private party, but it won’t go anywhere in the courts if it’s not a new issue. While the private party may be doing it for activist purposes, we can’t block people from using the justice system.

Your question is, Is this now a hate crime? The answer is no. There is no crime. He is being sued by a different person for something slightly different than before. A person is using the legal system, legally, to try to seek the justice they perceive they are due.

It's not moving targets, it's knowing what a hate crime is.

Season 4 Episode 6 of “Southland” aired 2/21/12. A few months before the Colorado cake shop incident. The officer who explains the cake shop owners rights is a homosexual character. Kind of ironic.

I’m sure the episode was trying to reflect the bake shop incident in 2008, where it was very easy to uphold the relevant principle.

Nazi in a bake shop.
