I am not in a religion. I am in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Religion is man's way to get to God. Christianity is God's way to get to man.

Why do you glorify your religion? It's no different to anything else. The problem is, you are more incorrect. You've never justified why your God would make a law to kill children for petty vocalization. It's fucked up. Stuff your God. :D

There is apparently no difference. To say "watch your language" implies that the speaker has a necessity of preventing the speaking of bad language. This necessity is bred from the disliking of swearing. And there would be no other means to act in such a way.

Swear words might be just words to you but not to me. They are destructive words that doesn't need to be said and it is annoying and also really insulting. When you swear you are angry. Are you mad bro?

They can only be destructive if they are said in a particular way. Chuckhades used it in a way that should not be of any profanity or offense. You must have a fragile emotion to not have the ability to deal with these words. You are a teenager, you are at a perfect age that condones the use of "scary" words.

There's something to be said for context. If i were to say "fuck you" to someone that's entirely different than saying "your fucking religion." One is directed you someone as an insult, the other is used to add strength, tone, or give a special connotation to a topic. Taking offense at me using a swear word in the latter context is like me being insulted every time you use the word "Jesus" or "Christianity." I personally might find those words irritating, but taking offense because you used them is silly and a pointless waste of energy. If you dont want to swear because your religious dogma says so, feel free, but this is no basis to condemn others for it and isn't a logical reason to get your panties in a bunch over.

On this topic, though, how many words in the English language are as versatile as "fuck?" And of those, how many could serve as a synonym for "fuck," it all its forms? It's a wonderful and very flexible word, one that doesn't have an adequate substitute, like many other swear words.

Also, I'm shit sure I'm in a pretty fucking fantastic mood and the fact that I'm swearing doesn't say a god damn thing about my anger, or lack thereof.

Ok that is fine if your an Christian and that you do believe in God or Jesus. You can believe in whatever you want to believe in.

If Christianity never existed the world would be in such a better place and we would probably be vastly more advanced than we are today. It is a shame, really.

It's the other way around; if you downvote someone, you are killing their efficiency. That one point lost might be worth it to battle such ignorant arguments that mysteriously get extra points for being irrational.
