The problem is that the Democrat premise regarding voter ID is what is racist. The whole argument comes down to Democrats saying that blacks are less capable than whites, even to the degree that blacks are less able to get their lives together well enough to get and maintain valid ID.
There is nothing racist in Republicans (and the non-racist Democrats) saying EVERYBODY, REGARDLESSS OF RACE, needs to follow the same rules and meet the same basic standard in order to vote, and in order to protect the integrity of the election.

A great many of the functions of life cannot be conducted without an ID. That’s not suppression. California has millions of illegals who may benefit from A Democrat government, but they aren’t legal to vote. It’s not a surprise at all that Dems want no ID. It’s purely political.

Do you know what happens if a person doesn’t have an ID? They still get to vote. They can either prove who they are later, or sign an affidavit swearing under penalty of law (varies by state). Every single State allows voters to vote. Not one voter ID requirement suppresses anyone’s vote at all. Oppositions is strictly political. Go on now and forget what you just read, you’ve got that bias to protect.
