I agree. Problem was his years were years of obstruction by a conservative Congress, Senate, SCOTUS. He did what he could with EO's. Trump threw those away. Now there are American citizens being separated from their parents, American citizens living without electricity and water and schools, American citizens having their National Parks destroyed, American citizens losing their health care, American citizens paying for HIS golf trips in record amounts while HE destroys the country with a tax Bill that benefits his golfing buddies by 83% .... under that same conservative Congress, Senate, SCOTUS. You're right (no pun intended), it never happened with the conservatives in control and assuring that he would fail and become a one term President. ;-) Side: Republicans fault anyway
