Sure. If photons can be entangled it would stand to reason that electrons may also be entangled. Hence, the various electrons whizzing around in your head... Let me correct that. The various electrons which should be whizzing around in your head may have partners on other planets, in other dimensions, or perhaps even in other periods in time.
