Do We Need To Change Our Constitution According To Change In Times And Circumstances?

There's a reason they built in an amendment procedure. No static legal document of any real level of complexity is ever going to be able to retain its relevance and effectiveness indefinitely.

In principle, there is nothing needed to change the constitution. It is just up to the officials whom we elect that they follow it.

As for amendments, a balanced budget would be nice.

Over time, morals and values change. If we didn't have amendments to the constitution, then women wouldn't be able to vote, blacks would still be slaves, there would be no limit on terms in office, and many other things. We shouldn't be forced to live in the times that the constitution was originally written.

silly people, the constitution was made so that it could be changed, that we can add or remove amendments and policies. so now you may be asking why i am on the "NO" side, well because if we changed our Constitution then we would not be able to change our Constitution ;)

NO IF WE DID THAN PEOPLE COULD ABUSE FIRST AND SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS. THE LEFT AND RIGHT COULD BOTH ABUSE THIS NEW CONSTITUTION. GOVERNMENT DOES NOT NEED TO GET BIGGER!

I answered no for the reason of not changing the constitution because of change in times and circumstances, now changing it because of liberties and injustices I am all for amendments but not just because of different times and circumstances.
