Do women have the right to wear hijab if they show their face?
For the record, hijab is a viel that covers the head, but shows the face. Niqab is what covers the face. The two are separate issues. This debate is about hijab only, thanks.

I rather think that they can where whatever they want, however they want. If a woman wants to wear a burkha, I say she can. If a woman wants to wear a bikini, I say she can. If a woman wans to wear an outfit that completely covered her face, arms, legs, midriff, etc while leaving her breasts and pubic region exposed, I say she can (though law enforcement in most places would say otherwise). I think that for being "adults" people in general sure seem to have juvenile immature attitudes towards nudity... Side: Yes.
