Do you believe that access to the internet should be recognized as a human right?

It could be accomplished with taxpayer support. There is something called halo fi. It's like wifi, but it uses satellites and ground-based antennas. This way, everyone pays for it, and everyone uses it. At least the ones who can work and pay taxes. Can't do anything about the freeloaders though. Damn parasites.

Neither can much be done about your insane belief that the "freeloaders" are the homeless people you see queuing up for food stamps, rather than the suit and tie parasites who make a profit from the work you do and don't share it with you.

People like you are literally so dumb that you think it's the poorest section of society robbing you, rather than the richest.

Those rich people you hate so much pay the majority of taxes. Poor people contribute nothing.

No. It's a service that is entirely optional with multiple providers and methods you can choose from. It's a privilege to have but not a right. Now, access to it, such as free public libraries with internet for research could possibly be argued as a right but even then I would say it's most likely not. But I'm curious to see if any points can be made in that favor.

LMMFAO the Jewel says the internet is a privilege to have. Now Jewel that is a completely false statement from a confused Leftist mind.
