I only dislike Republicans (or Democrats or Libertarians or what-have-yous) when they're hypocrites who don't practice what they preach, abuse their power, mislead the people they purport to represent, or harm the innocent for the sake of achieving greater power/wealth for themselves and their cohort.

In other words, I dislike politicians.

I think old-school conservatives are respectable, but I really dislike neo-conservatives. Neocons seem like a coalition of the stupidest people in America.

They don't trust science because it interferes with their desire to establish a Christian theocracy. This mistrust of science leads to a wider mistrust of intelligent people in general and the end result is rule by idiots.

I very much dislike republicans. They have been exposed as a party of hatred and division, and now they have become domestic terrorists. John Bolton told his republican friends in the CPAC meeting, that they should bomb Chicago with a nuclear bomb. They used fear mongering to control people and gut our constitution. They have been exposed, and it's not pretty. People aren't buying their fear anymore, so they are going to do as much harm as they can on their way down.

I'm the opposite. :) But I consider my "allies" to be either people I tend to agree with or people who are chill and my "enemies" to be people who I just can't seem to agree with... on anything. Except maybe a favorite color debate.

Democrats should legalize weed, gay marriage, and gambling, but not prostitution. That's very degrading. Why would I hate or dislike republicans? I disagree with their political views, but I don't dislike them. I'm friends with Jake, aren't I? :P

I don't dislike anyone because of their political views. Looking at my allies and enemies pages, I think I have a pretty broad mix of political views on both pages.

From what I've gathered about American politics, it does seem that my political views differ most often with the views of Republicans; that's not suprising though as the UK is generally a far more liberal country than the US. Regardless, that certainly doesn't lend itself to a predisposition of disliking Republicans as people. Disagreeing with your political views doesn't mean I dislike you as a person at all.

If so then just know that every single "enemy" I have on this site, put me as an enemy first. I never once saw someone and made them my enemy. Apparently it's republicans who dislike me. I have disagreed with them on issues, and fiercely debated them, but disagreeing and disliking are two different things.

If it seems that I am hostile to republicans, that is because this is a debate site, and on most issues I happen to disagree with republicans. In my everyday life I almost never talk about politics, and I have numerous friends who I know to be republican. This doesn't effect my opinion of them at all.

I don't dislike Republicans. in fact, i like them a lot since when they're in power, Democrats aren't in power.

The thing is, individually, Democrats aren't that bad. But political wise, they suck dick. The only thing they can actually change is Economics and Gun Control (which i disagree with them on). They don't:

Legalize Drugs

Legalize Prostitution

Legalize Gambling

Legalize Gay Marriage

like what Liberals are supposed to do. Why? Cause they suck dick (i already pointed that out).

Republicans are Conservative on those issues too, but on issues like Economics and Gun Control they're dead on on what I want. And they don't change Abortion Laws.

so, since the only two issues that are actually flexible in politics i agree with Republicans on, i prefer Republicans to take power.

Although, I wish there could be some REAL CHANGE with one of the candidates.

O wait, also security. Obama is already removing the security measures that kept us safe all this time. And close down Gitmo too, Another good thing about Republicans is that they're against Political Correctness. I hate PC liberals (Rainbow Liberals).

Like i said, I wish a candidate (from a major party) would promise to legalize all the shit mentioned, minimize gun control, cut taxes and redirect government spending from Liberal Arts and Welfare programs (etc.) to Military, Education and Scientific programs; and somehow stop this PC tyranny that has caused the elites (Media and Universities) to destroy anyone they disagree with.
