Do you think the actors are right to play their rollsfor the hunger games
The most highly anticipated movie of 2012 the hunger games. I can't wait! It's just I dont think Jeniffer Lawrence is right for this roll. I dont think there is any similarities between her and katniss. For example in the book Katniss has black, silky hair and in the movie she is planned to have brown curly hair. You can't really tell Peeta is blonde either. And he is not cute enough for you to feel sympathetic for him all the times Katniss is mean to him. I'm not trying to be picky or saying they shouldn't make the hunger games i'm just saying maybe they could have made it more phenomenon by simply picking the correct characters.

I don't give a shit. I do have question though. I watched the preview. How is it possible they've invented flat screen televisions but not gunpowder? I like scifi as much as the next person... but really, with all that technology they have a 95lb woman running around the woods with a fucking bow and arrow ._. Side: yes
Gunpowder exists but the protagonist is too poor to buy food, nevermind a gun. She's also a contestant in a Battle Royale-style competition and the game organizers are looking for entertainment over efficiency. In case you were actually curious. I don't know how the movie will handle it but the book establishes a convincing context. Side: No

To me it doesn't eve really matter! I'm happy they are making a movie in the first place. But I still think it would have rocked if they had made the actors more similar to the characters. Side: No
Sorry, but I really don't think any actor could get the role down perfectly. Plus I don't think the characters even portray the proper age for the characters in the book. Nor do I think the movie will be anything like the book, I doubt it will even be as good as the book. Side: No
