I think a thousand days is way too long for an account to be inactive. I think a year is a good cut-off point. If the people are interested in maintaining their account, they will come back in time to keep it active. If I was away for a year, that would be a good sign that I no longer cared about it and would just as soon have them remove the account. Side: yes

If someone were to go to hospital or something that disabled them from using their account then why should their account be erased? If it is not their fault and they had no major input then why should they be punished? On the other hand if they purposely decided not to show an interest then you may want to erase their account. But how can you be sure they have not been in trouble or unable to use their account? To be on the safe side, don't erase their account. Side: No
