In the few times in my adult life that it's happened, it's definitely made me feel better, I wish I could do it more. I've also read that 9 out 10 people feel emotionally better, plus there is data that shows that emotional tears contains more proteins that carry manganese out of the body, which helps with anxiety.

I can swear I never thought of an explanation so obvious whenever it is that I've cried.

So much better. Two things-

Cry out when you feel like.

N be angry immediately when needed. Never hold these back.

Everyone is different and they take and feel differently.

But I believing crying can be an outlet for many people...

I think it can be a form of prayer as well.

People cry over happy and sad things....mourning the loss of someone dear, being hurt by someone you love, physical pain, emotional pain and suffering, seeing a baby born, witnessing an abortion or the thought of one, the military and their selfless service, the beauty of a flower..a waterfall.....the stars....a new marriage, a successful operation....an accomplishment.

I feel sad for people who feel that crying is beneath them that they are weak if they allow themselves to feel something wonderful or to even express the pain they are feeling.

I don't think it is healthy not to cry. We have tears for a reason.

I totally agree with you, We have tears in vain! So, we should use them, it means it is normal when person cries. The more it can be as tears of sorrow, so happy tears.

well, when it comes to science, there isn't a final conclusion, but it's believed that there is a release of endorphins or just a disposal of toxins.

First of all, tears are keepers of sanity. Everyone certainly remember that after crying he or she felt themselves quite well. May be because they need such kind of spillover of emptions and definitely crying helped them in it. Crying often help to forget about everything and just cry and after that they can sleep and to wake up in a good mood. This support that crying help people feel better.

Tears protect our eyes. There is corneas in the eye, it is a transparent layer of the eye. Cornea is arranged in such a way that it needs nutrients and oxygen can come to her only by tears, because in the cornea itself is almost no blood vessels, through which other agencies are all necessary. Only due to tears corneas become wet, it is very necessary for it. In this way tears help our eyes to be healthy. If our eyes are healthy, so we are happy. It again proved that crying help you feel better.

Luckily, I'm never alone.

Crying just gives me the opportunity to further indulge in my misery, and make myself feel worse.

The best way to make myself feel better is to find a distraction, like reading a book, to calm myself down.

I'll try this one. I never get myself to think of anything else but murder the person that has made me cry.

crying is only to show the person who made me cry that i lost to him or her and you are weaker than them, then you will feel more worse and the the person who made you cry will feel the victory since you cry. so i dont think crying help you feel better and make you smile the next day. most of the people regret crying the previous time. and crying does not help anything. so i think crying isnt the right thing to do.
