Although students may check social media during class, technology is still beneficial to society in many ways. For example, technology is used quite often during school to help the students learn at their own pace. If students can work at their own pace, they are more likely to remember what they learned. In one of my classes we got a sheet about ourselves. A question was if we had a phone. The teacher says how we would use them a lot during class. Proof to We are using devices more and more each day.
