It's this or fighting. Fighting solves problems if someone excepts defeat or dies. (Not so good in a time where everyone's trying to cherish life.) Leaving the alternative, arguing. Arguing allows for compromise and sharing of ideas. If done properly both sides win a little bit. Side: Yes

Arguing doesn't solve anything. Having a proper debate could potentially solve a problem. I.e. who won the debate. Arguing is just a back and forth. A debate is a judged series of arguments that has a determined winner. If you consider 'solve a problem' to mean change someone's 'point of view'; good luck. Side: No
