Does the Bible tell us that Jesus was a Socialist?

Suppose the Bible is indeed true.  There is a lot of debate on his econmic views according to the Bible so it felt appropiate for me to do one.

Socialism implies that you believe that the government should handle all economic issues. This would mean the state being the employer and distributor.

Jesus preached no such thing.

Actually it implies that the Surplus value goes to the Gov. so they can guarantee healthcare and education for free. The proletariat control what happens to their workplace. In this process the Gov. does own the capital instead of the Bourgeoisie and it does not use the Surplus for itself but for the people. Don't worry, it is possible to make a small business as well and keep the Surplus value, but you will get taxed as much as any capitalist society (if you are going private)
