Does the existance of "happiness" disprove the existence of free will?

I often hear how we can choose to do what makes us happy, but never that we can choose what that is. In psychology we discuss conditioning and how behaviors can be shaped by rewards and punishments. Since our own physiology has us all primed to be conditioned naturally, as shown by the neurotransmitters in our brains that elicit feelings such has happiness based on the actions we take, can we take that to mean that we do not naturally have free will, as our actions will near always be directing us to whatever type of behavior elicits this chemical response.

So far, I am leaning towards yes. I would like to believe in free will, but so far the impact that our own emotions have in tying us to certain behaviors is not something that I can easily ignore.
